Shipping policy

We typically take about 1-7 days to process and ship your order.  Since we work with print partners on the mainland, some items may not ship directly from Hawaii.  If you've ordered multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages.  Multiple shipments mean you'll receive more than one shipping confirmation.  

**Please note, during the holiday period, both processing and shipping may take a little longer.  While we can't guarantee exact delivery dates, we recommend placing any Christmas orders by December 4, 2024, to ensure they arrive in time.**
  

We ship through USPS, UPS and DHL.  While we do our best to get your order safely to you, Shaka Dog Hawaii cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are with the postal service or carrier.

At this time we are not offering international shipping.
