Aloha! My name is Lori and I have lived in Hawaii for most of my life. My love affair with Italian Greyhounds began two decades ago and has only grown stronger with time, evolving into a journey of rescue and houndie love. I have been involved with IGCA Rescue, fostered handfuls of iggies in years past, and donate regularly to rescues.
My most recent rescue girl, Twinkle, a Min Pin / Italian Greyhound mix
(aka MinPiggy) plays a special role in my life. She makes sure I take work breaks regularly so we can play games and reminds me that every day is better with a furry friend by your side.
At Shaka Dog Hawaii, I am dedicated to celebrating the elegance and charm of these sleek sighthounds in the most delightful ways possible. My journey began with a passion for these incredible dogs, and it has now expanded to offer a range of products that capture the spirit of Italian Greyhounds along with Whippets, Greyhounds, Galgos and more.
